Job Description
We have an urgent need for Band 2 & 3 HCA's in the South Eastern Health & Social Care Trust for the Ulster, Lagan Valley, Downe, Bangor and Ards Community Hospital . Minimum Requirements
· Help patients with their daily needs, making sure they feel comfortable and happy.
· Assist patients in moving and getting around, so they feel safe and confident.
· Keep an eye on patients' health signs and write them down, so we can help them quickly if anything changes.
· Be a friendly presence for patients, offering emotional support and being a friend.
· Encourage patients to do things they enjoy, like activities and hobbies, to boost their mood and well-being.
· Make sure patients' wishes are heard by talking with them and the healthcare team.
· Keep the place clean and safe, which is important for patients' peace and getting better

Requirements - To be eligible for this role you must have:
· 6 months experience in a healthcare environment
· Right to work in Northern Ireland
· Be available for day and night shifts
· Valid inoculations (MMR, Hep B, Varicella and TB)
