Job Description

Cpl Healthcare in collaboration with our client based in Aspley, Brisbane is seeking passionate General, Clinical, or Provisional Psychologists to join their growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work autonomously while developing your skills with a varied caseload in a supportive, flexible environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychological assessments and treatments
  • Provide individual therapeutic interventions tailored to complex cases
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and monitor treatment progress
  • Engage in professional development and adhere to ethical standards

Requirements:

  • Full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia and AHPRA.
  • 6-year qualification in psychology.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Clinical Assessment and Intervention Skills: Proficiency in conducting psychological assessments and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Time Management and Organizational Skills: Capability to manage a varied caseload efficiently and maintain accurate clinical records.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in documenting clinical notes and adhering to ethical standards.
  • Autonomous Work Ability: Comfort in working independently while knowing when to seek support from management.
