Job Description
Cpl Healthcare in collaboration with our client a leading provider of allied health services delivering Physiotherapy and Podiatry care to aged care facilities across four states in Australia are seeking a dedicated Podiatrist to join their team in Hobart, Tasmania.
About the Role: As a Podiatrist, you'll provide essential foot care to aged care residents, including general foot and nail care, diabetic management, wound care, equipment prescription, and comprehensive assessment and care planning. You’ll work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver a holistic approach to care, with the opportunity to see 20-25 residents daily, in line with AHPRA and Medicare standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with facility management to facilitate excellent client care.
- Conduct assessments and provide high-quality podiatry services, ensuring client needs are met efficiently.
- Collaborate with clinical coordinators and staff for smooth handovers and daily updates.
- Maintain accurate client documentation and adhere to infection control policies.
- Participate in team discussions, mentoring, and case management.
- Ensure equipment is transported, well-maintained, and safely used across multiple sites if needed.
What they Offer:
- Visa Sponsorship: 482 employee-sponsored VISA available for overseas candidates.
- Salary: AUD $90,000 - $110,000 per year + Super (depending on skills and experience).

- Logistics Handled: All tools, equipment, and sterilization services provided.
- Work-Life Balance: Typically work at one aged care facility per day, with flexibility around transportation (driver’s license recommended, company car available to assist with commencing work).

What You’ll Need:
- Podiatry qualifications and current registration with AHPRA.
- Experience in aged care or a strong interest in working with elderly clients.
- Excellent communication, time management, and documentation skills.
