Night Shifts

44 hours per week

Hourly Rate: £13.50

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our client's team and provide high-quality care to residents. This role is available for night shifts and offers a competitive hourly rate of £13.50.

Qualifications

Level 3 in Health and Social Care or above
Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Senior Healthcare Assistant in a care home setting
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine interest in the well-being of others

As a Senior Care Assistant, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

Assisting with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
Monitoring and recording residents' health and well-being
Supporting and mentoring junior care staff
Building positive relationships with residents, families, and the wider care team
