Permanent and Full-time 37.5 hours

About the Role
The Harley Street Clinic/LOC is recruiting for a Quality & Risk Manager. As a senior member of the governance team, you will be integral in working with all stakeholders and supporting hospital teams to identify areas for improvement and in developing robust quality systems, processes and programmes that will support the delivery and innovation of exceptional care and services.
You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively within each multidisciplinary team across the site and division to maintain a standardised approach to ensuring, and exceeding, and monitoring compliance with healthcare standards and in managing CQC readiness and assurance.
Working alongside the Director of Quality and Risk you will influence effectively, create synergy and prioritise improvement projects to ensure that the hospital maintains a high governance and quality standard.

What you'll bring:
• Educated to diploma or degree level
• Current and relevant experience of working in healthcare governance
• Evidence of continuing professional development
• Investigation, governance, audit and risk experience
