Staff Grade Pharmacist

TTM Healthcare Solutions are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Staff Grade Pharmacist to join a dynamic team at a leading private hospital in Galway. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the provision of high-quality pharmaceutical care and enhance patient outcomes in a state-of-the-art healthcare facility.

Responsibilities:

- Dispensing and checking prescriptions with accuracy and efficiency.

- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy for patients.

- Monitoring and managing drug therapy to ensure safety and efficacy.

- Providing drug information and education to patients and healthcare staff.

- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to contribute to patient care plans.

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or equivalent.

- Current registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI).

- Minimum of 2 years of post-registration experience.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
