As part of their continuous efforts to grow, we are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Medical Scientist specializing in Haematology to join their dynamic and innovative team.

Responsibilities:

* Provide leadership and strategic direction for the Haematology laboratory services.

* Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Haematology department, ensuring the highest quality standards.

* Conduct complex laboratory analyses, interpret results, and provide expertise in diagnosing and treating disorders related to haematology.

* Collaborate with other medical professionals to contribute to patient care plans.

* Stay updated on the latest advancements in haematology and implement best practices.

Requirements:

* A recognized degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field.

* Current registration with CORU

* Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in a Haematology laboratory setting.

* Possess a Level 9 post graduate

* Proven leadership experience, including the ability to manage a team effectively.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
