We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Speech and Language Therapist to join our team. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will provide specialised speech and language therapy to individuals within our neurobehavioural model of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work autonomously, with supervision, to deliver clinical care in a specialist area.

• Assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with complex physical, mental, and emotional health needs.

• Develop and implement evidence-based rehabilitation goals, care plans, and communication therapy programmes.

• Provide training and support to families, carers, and other professionals to optimise communication outcomes.

• Participate in clinical governance, research, and audit projects to continually improve service delivery.

What We Are Looking For:

• Qualifications: Degree in Speech and Language Therapy and registration with the HCPC.

• Experience: Experience working with individuals with acquired brain injuries or similar complex needs is desirable but not essential.

• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team and engage effectively with service users.

• Professionalism: Commitment to maintaining high standards of practice and up-to-date knowledge through continuous professional development.
