ABOUT THE ROLE

Our People Services Team at Barchester Healthcare continually strive to enhance the employee journey and offer excellent opportunities to progress. We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented, driven individual to join our People Services Team as HR Coordinator on a 12 month fixed term contract.

The role of HR Coordinator at Barchester means helping us optimise our operational and commercial effectiveness. That's going to involve giving people advice over the phone and email, making sure everyone understands our policies, procedures and processes. Specifically, we'll need you to provide administrative support for all new joiners, transfers and leavers, especially when it comes to pre-employment checks and inductions. It's that variety that makes this a brilliant place to grow your skills and make your mark.

ABOUT YOU

You're likely to join us from a similar role. To join us as an HR Coordinator, you should definitely have solid experience of delivering best-practice HR solutions and contractual administrative support.

We're looking for someone who thrives on variety so it's important that you can handle multitasking within a fast-paced, procedure and process-focused environment. You'll have great communication skills too, whether that's over the phone or via email, as well as impressive attention to detail and the ability to take direction from others.
