Clinical Specialist SLT

Cpl Healthcare in collaboration with our Client are seeking an experienced Clinical Specialist - Speech and Language Therapist. In this role you will be a core member of the Team, providing specialist support in Feeding, Eating, Drinking, and Swallowing (FEDS) for children and young people with complex needs.

Key responsibilities include providing specialist FEDS support, maintaining professional standards, acting as an advanced clinical advisor, and managing a clinical caseload. The role also involves participating in professional development, ensuring health and safety compliance, and coordinating service delivery. 

Essential Requirements:

• Registration with the Speech and Language Therapists Registration Board at CORU.
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification clinical experience, with at least 4 consecutive years in FEDS.
• Proven record of clinical excellence and continuing professional development in FEDS.
• Strong clinical reasoning skills and ability to work independently and within a team.
• Driving License
