Band 4-7 Histology Biomedical Scientist

Hunter Gatherer AHP has a fantastic opportunity for an Biomedical Scientist with a background in Histopathology to join a busy NHS hospital based in Salisbury. Please note that for this role you must have at least 6 months UK experience within a laboratory.

* Monday - Friday 09.00-17.00 (37.5 hours)

* Histopathology

* Happy to take anyone from band 4-7

* On going locum contract

* ASAP start

* Competitive hourly rates

* Salisbury based

Essential Experience:

* Competent in all types of microtomy

* Must be able to cut a minimum of 15 sections per hour

* Be competent in microscopic tissue recognition and quality control of H&E sections

* Biopsy transfer experience

Requirements:

* HCPC registration

* IBMS Accredited Degree

* 6 Months UK lab experience
