Job Description
Background -
An incredibly supportive and innovative teaching and training practice are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Paramedic Practitioner to join their friendly and inclusive team where development and a work-life balance is paramount to the functioning of this welcoming team. The vacancy has arisen as they are seeking to expand of their existing ARRS team.
There is a keen focus on staff wellbeing and professional development, and the Practice build in time for development of a special interest or admin, managing all workload in a collegiate manner to support each other.
Salary - £49,000 -£57,000 per annum FTE + NHS pension + 5 weeks annual leave + BH + 1 week study leave

- Deliver proactive preventative care and good case management for their complex patients

- Day-to-day informal discussions about clinical care and individual complex cases
- Regular clinical meetings
- Being responsive to staff ideas and suggestions for improvement
- Parking on site
Your role -
- Full-time Advanced Practitioner (Paramedic)
- Appointments no less than 15 minutes and longer as required
- Mixture of face-to-face and telephone appointments
- Providing first point of contact direct access for patients of all ages with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems seeking a primary health care service including on-call, telephone triage, face to face consultations, and home visits.
- Managing some on-the-day acute activity in practice/at home
- Oversee LTC
- PGD Qualification in Clinical Practice or equivalent (REQUIRED)
- Independent Prescribing Qualification or equivalent (REQUIRED)
- Work autonomously and as part of a team
