Qualifications
Essential criteria
  • Diploma/NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent


Experience
Essential criteria
  • Significant secretarial/administrative experience
  • Secretarial/administrative experience in a clinical environment.


Desirable criteria
  • Experience of working within primary care/IAPT Service


Skills
Essential criteria
  • Comprehensive knowledge of secretarial and administrative procedures and the ability to undertake associated tasks ensuring adherence to defined procedures and guidelines.
  • Demonstrate good organisational and diary management skills to include co-ordination of meetings and associated duties.


Desirable criteria
  • Working knowledge of medical/psychological terminology
