Nursery Manager

£30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Compass Associates are excited to be working with a leading Nursery Group who are looking for Nursery Manager to lead their service in Bolton This is a full-time position and the nursery carers for over 80 children with over 20 staff. We are looking for candidates who are currently working in a nursery manager capacity with knowledge of Ofsted and integration.                 

Within this role you will be responsible for the overall running of the service and provide clear frameworks of multi-disciplinary working and will work towards KPI's, budgets and ensure optimum use of resources to work towards financial targets. Management of staff, recruitment, development and performance will also fall within your remit.                  

Requirements                                                   

- Management experience within nurseries                

- Budget management                          

- Ofsted, governance and compliance                         

- Driving license                  

Salary & Benefits                

This position is paying between £30,000- £35,000 per annum dependant on experience.
