Salary: £50k per annum

Shift pattern: 35 hours | Fully Supernumerary | Potential weekends

Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with a valued client to recruit for a Head of Clinical and Dementia Care for their well-performing home near Bromley. This fantastic company prides themselves on providing a high quality of care and service to all and is considered one of the leading experts in elderly care.

As Head of Clinical and Dementia Care for this care home, you'll be tasked with ensuring you maintain the very best delivery of care that this provider is known for. Working closely with a highly supportive and experienced Home Manager and taking on leadership duties in their absence, you can expect to assist with everything from audits, medication, care plans, rotas, and clinical tasks. You will help to inspire a team to make sure they help every resident enjoy the best possible quality of life.

The Candidate

If you are passionate about Dementia care and have experience in providing a variety of elderly-centred care, then this could be the job for you. You will need to be nurse qualified well as compassionate, resilient, and engaging. Team leadership is a valuable asset in this role as you will be leading your colleagues to successfully create person-centred for each individual.

Requirements

Nursing Home experience desired

Valid NMC Pin (no restrictions)

Dementia care experience

A genuine passion for elderly care       

Good communication skills
