The Impact you will have:

We have an exception role for you, in the position of IVF Patient Coordinator, support the nursing staff to ensure the smooth running of the department. Assist couples undergoing treatment with queries and maintain effective communication between patients and LFC staff. We are looking for someone who has experince in Infertility &Egg Donation.

Duties are not limited to;

• Answer telephone enquiries; referring to staff where appropriate i.e. nurses, doctors, secretaries, embryologists or ancillary staff
• Book patients for screening investigations, treatment scans and gynaecological operations
• Liaise with staff at all levels and with external organisations where appropriate
• Update the Egg Sharer and Donor list

Ideally we are looking for someone with;

• Experience in infertility &Egg Donation
• Experience in appointment bookings
• 1 year's administration/clerical experience
• Prepared to work flexibly within working hours
