Job Description
The Princess Grace Hospital are looking for Bank staff to join their team to be responsible for providing expert assessment, management and education for all inpatients requiring physiotherapy.

Duties & Responsibilities

To undertake a comprehensive physiotherapy assessment of the individual patient including those with multi-pathological presentations; to gain relevant information from the subjective and objective clinical examination; to apply advanced clinical reasoning skills; to formulate a clinical diagnosis of their condition; set therapeutic/rehabilitation goals and objectives
To formulate and deliver an individual treatment programme based on specialist knowledge of evidence-based practice and treatment options using clinical skills
To regularly re-evaluate and re-assess patient progress and update treatment programmes as required
Refer patients to other services as required
To be responsible for prioritisation of own clinical and non-clinical case-load, including provision of annual leave, sick leave etc.
To maintain accurate up-to-date patient records which comply with departmental and CSP standards

Skills & Experience

Graduate Diploma or BSc in Physiotherapy
Registration with HCPC/MCSP
Significant experience in either orthopaedics, medical, respiratory or
surgical conditions
Experience in oncology is beneficial
