Customer Services Training Manager

The Customer Services Training Manager is a pivotal part of our plans.
Salary and rewards:
This is an exciting new opportunity, a brand new position recently created for an experienced learning and development practitioner, with a variety of customer-centric responsibilities. Our Customer Service Training Manager is an operational daily training role focused on designing, developing, and delivering customer services training and initiatives to support business objectives that differentiate HCA from our private healthcare competition.
This role will positively impact the experiences of all business stakeholders (patients, consultants, and colleagues)
Joining us now, you can use your expertise to scope and shape delivery across our prestigious hospital facilities and corporate head office functions. Additionally, you will contribute to Customer Service strategy development and project teamwork on new exceptional service initiatives

Salary and rewards:
- Attractive base salary plus private medical healthcare insurance, contributory pension, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays (which increases with years of service), plus a vast range of employee benefits, such as life insurance and critical care cover.
- Location; The primary base will be Central London with some travel required to visit other HCA UK locations. Some working from home can be accommodated.
- Contract: Permanent.

- The successful applicant will be highly professional, passionate, and motivated to continue innovating the high-end customer services training.
- Must be a learning and development practitioner, currently trainer, delivering on a daily basis, training workshops, face to face and virtual
- Must be able to work to deadlines, create reports and design and deliver training programmes to a vast range of audiences and in a range of methods.
- Have an industry background focused on high-end customers, such as private healthcare, 5*hotels, or personal VIP travel.
