Job: Senior 1 MRI Radiographer
Location: The Institute of Sport, Exercise and Health (ISEH), London, part of HCA UK.
Contract Type: Permanent, full time hours 37.5hrs (Shift patterns range between 8am-8pm)
Salary Range: Competitivedependent on skills & experience. This position is equivalent to a band 7 NHS.
VISA: Please note we will be able to provide VISA sponsorships to candidates from the EU and outside of the EU.

Job Description
As Senior MRI Radiographer you will provide a customer focused high quality diagnostic Radiography service to our patients and service users; undertaking and performing MRI procedures. This post will require you to have scanning experience in neurology and musculoskeletal as the primary modalities at ISEH. Some experience with angiography scans would be considered useful bit is not essential.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide a professional standard of excellence in MRI services for all patients
• Work closely with the Radiologists and Consultants in setting up policies and protocols for all MRI imaging and patient pathways
• Identify improvements on an ongoing basis and oversee the implementation of such improvements as agreed with the line manager
• Assist with patient bookings and administrative duties where necessary, ensuring verified radiologist reports are delivered in a timely manner
• Assist with staff orientation and training

Skills & Experience

• HCPC registered
• Degree within Radiography
• Have experience within MRI (UK experience is essential)
• Knowledge of processes and procedures in radiography
