Qualifications
Essential criteria

• • City and Guilds Craft Certificate / NVQ Level II or equivalent or relevant experience • Apprenticeship or other recognised and approved training in Electrical/Mechanical services

Desirable criteria

• • City and Guilds Advanced Craft

Experience
Essential criteria

• • Relevant post apprenticeship experience

Desirable criteria

• • Experience of Electrical / Mechanical maintenance • Experience of working in a similar environment • Building machinery

Knowledge
Essential criteria

• • Good all round trade knowledge

Desirable criteria

• • Good understanding of building services

Skills
Essential criteria

• • Must have good Craft Skills • Use power tools and hand tools • Problem solve faulty equipment/services • Good front of house skills/Customer service • Can work with minimum supervision • Must be a team player
