About the role
You will be expected to support the provision of pharmacy services for all patients at Practice Plus Group Hospital, Plymouth. This will include ensuring that prescribing and administering of medication adheres to best evidence and practice, providing coordinated medicine information to patients as part of the discharge planning process as well as post-discharge care to patients.
As an experienced registered GPhC Pharmacist you will have knowledge of the legal requirements for the supply and storage of medications and controlled drugs. Experience of working in a hospital environment would be an advantage but it is not essential. Your ability to work as part of a team and your motivation to provide a high standard of service is just as important to us.
