Overview

Compass Associates is proud to be working with a leading provider leading the charge on complex care healthcare at home. We are looking for Regional Lead Nurse (RGN / Registered General Nurse) to manage, guide, support and lead a team of clinicians for this growing organisation.

Location

The Regional Lead Nurse post position is an office-based role that operates out of South London

Work Pattern

Monday - Friday & 9:00am - 17:00pm. Flexibility to the needs of the business.

Requirements

- RGN / Registered General Nurse qualified with a valid NMC pin    

- 5 years minimum experience working in a similar environment - Nurse Manager experience   

- Training & knowledge in tracheostomy and PEG feeds is a must       

- Excellent personal organisation and communication skills    

- Must possess a clean UK driving licence  

- Good IT skills for care planning and remote working.   

- Clear DBS    

- Required to be double vaccinated for COVID-19 & willing to get boosted.

Interview Process    

An informal telephone interview or MS Teams with the Registered Manager and Director and a formal / competency-based Zoom / Skype interview.

Salary and Benefit    

£50,000 + mileage.

25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays.
