Lead Physiotherapist - Acute Private Hospital

Up to £45,000 + Attractive Benefits Package

Compass Associates are currently assisting in the search for a Physiotherapist on behalf of an exclusive private hospital in the Lincoln area. Rated as "Good" by the CQC, this Private Hospital is part of a group that has previously won “Private Hospital Group of the Year” in LaingBuisson Awards.    

Duties Include:

- Managing a clinical caseload, providing physiotherapy assessment and treatment to the highest standard. Ensuring excellent patient care is promoted within the hospital

- Providing physiotherapy assessment and treatment for inpatients and outpatients.

- Providing surgical pre-operative assessment for all patients working closely with the multi-disciplinary team.

- Providing clinical direction for other physiotherapy staff within the team.

- Providing excellent customer service and promote a professional and caring environment.

- Providing compliance with appropriate regulatory and best practice frameworks.

- Managing a clinical caseload, to the highest standard in every aspect including assessment, treatment and documentation.

The Candidate                

The ideal candidate will need to be a fully qualified Senior Physiotherapist with a current registration to the HCPC and CSP. They will ideally be a Chartered Physiotherapist with vast postgraduate general Physiotherapy experience and relevant experience in a more specialist area.

The successful candidate will lead across both the inpatient and outpatient departments.

Requirements

- BSc in Physiotherapy

- Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).

- Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

- Experience working within a Senior or Lead capacity

- Knowledge of CSP and HCPC Codes and guidelines and their implications for practice.

- Knowledge of the Care Standards Act and Care and Quality Commission Requirements.

- Knowledge of Quality Assurance tools.

- Strong organisational and planning skills, including risk management.
