Contract Type - Fixed Term Contract until October 2022. Full time, 37.5 hours

About the role
HCA have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician to join the Lister Hospital. In this role, you will become a key member of the Pharmacy Team and will assist in the provision of a comprehensive pharmacy service which consistently meet the needs of all service users within the Lister Hospital and HCA Healthcare as a whole. You will have day to day responsibility for various elements within the dispensary and a mentorship role to the technicians.

Skills and experience

• Member of the General Pharmaceutical Council, qualified Pharmacy technician and has at least 2 years' experience as a Senior Technician.
• Additional qualification e.g. Accredited Checking Technician or Medicine Management qualification is essential.
• Minimum 5 years relevant hospital experience. Experience in a specialist area is essential, in particular Critical Care, General Surgery and Medicine.
