Physiotherapist - Acute Private Hospital

Compass Associates are currently assisting in the search for a Physiotherapist on behalf of an exclusive private hospital in the Milton Keynes area. Rated as "Good" by the CQC, this Private Hospital is part of a group that has previously won “Private Hospital Group of the Year” in LaingBuisson Awards.  

A competitive basic salary is available and as a full time member of staff, you will be entitled to full time hours and an excellent benefits package. The post holder will manage a clinical caseload, providing physiotherapy assessment and treatment to the highest standard, ensuring excellent patient care at all times.       

The Candidate              

The ideal candidate will need to be a fully qualified Physiotherapist with a current registration to the HCPC and CSP. They will need to be an experienced Physiotherapist with knowledge of current issues in professional practice with particular relevance to the Unit. Candidates from both NHS or Private Hospital background will all be considered.      

This permanent role offers 37.5 hours per week. The hours will be between 8am to 8pm, worked over four long days or five shorter days.

Monday to Friday with the occasional weekend required.  

Requirements

-Degree level educated, or equivalent.  

-Experience of treating patients with Orthopaedic and MSK conditions is desired however training can be provided.

-Chartered Physiotherapist  

- Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).  

-Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).  

-Excellent communication skills  

-Professional attitude  

-Knowledge of Quality Assurance tools  

-Strong organisational and planning skills, including risk management
