Practice Manager - Dental Surgery

Leeds, West Yorkshire  

£48,000 per annum (inclusive of London Weighting) plus life assurance, private pension scheme, private medical insurance and much more  

Compass Associates are working in partnership with an innovative dental provider who specialise exclusively in full mouth dental implants.  They have been established for over 15 years and have a brilliant team of 80+ including experts, clinicians, nurses and engineers across their 4 locations.  

They are currently seeking a Business Manager to join their flagship practice in Heathrow on a full time permanent basis.

The Role  

As Practice Manager you will be responsible for effectively leading a team and the management of the day-to-day operations within the business unit. You will be a key member of the clinic leadership team and responsible for managing all clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure outstanding service delivery in the clinic. You will be responsible for all operational aspects and be expected to provide support, direction, and leadership to enhance the performance, skills and knowledge of clinic team members  

You will manage the recruitment, onboarding, induction and career development of all clinic colleagues and lead by example at all times.  

Salary and Benefits  

This position is paying up to £48,000 per annum (inclusive of London Weighting) along with excellent benefits including contributory pension scheme, life assurance, private medical insurance and much more.
