Senior MSK Physiotherapist - Specialist Healthcare Centre      

£26,000 - £42,000 plus bonus and a benefits package higher than industry standard

Compass Associates are excited to be working with a specialist healthcare provider who have 12 centres nationally which are equipped to the very highest standard with rehabilitation gyms, gait analysis technology and 3D Movement Analysis scanners. Due to The success and growth of these Healthcare Centres, our client is now recruiting for motivated and experienced MSK Physiotherapists to join their clinics across the south / South West of England.      

This is an exciting opportunity working for a company who are renowned for the quality and expertise of their multi-disciplinary teams and the end to end health and fitness service and facilities provided.      

The Candidate

This is a fantastic opportunity for a HCPC registered Physiotherapist, with a couple of years experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, seeking a new challenge within a forward-thinking organisation. The award-winning healthcare centres have a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, combined with their state-of-the-art facilities and cutting edge-treatments. They are looking for individuals who have a true passion for health and wellbeing and prides themselves on delivering the best level of care to their predominantly private clientele.        

This is a full-time position consisting of 39 hours per week. You must be a qualified Physiotherapist with full HCPC registration and CSP membership in order to be considered for this opportunity.            

Requirements

- Undergraduate Physiotherapy degree      

- At least two years' experience in treating MSK conditions      

- Works well within a MDT      

- HCPC and CSP registered      

- Excellent skills in assessment, diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions      

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills      

- Expert, upbeat/energetic and people-driven      

Additional training in Massage, Core Pilates, Acupuncture, IDD Therapy is desirable however not essential.

Salary and Package                    

- £26,000 to £42,000 per annum      

- Monthly bonus

- 28 days holiday inc bank holidays (increasing by 1 day per year)
