I have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager!

A GP surgery based in Bolton (BLS) are currently looking for new Practice Manager to join their team! They're ideally looking for a Practice Manager to work 30 hour per week on £30k per year.

The surgery has free parking on site and has a good CQC report which has been maintained over many years which really demonstrates the success of both practices.

You will be working alongside an amazing admin team and a clinical team, that'll support you within this role and make you feel welcome to the practice. They are looking for someone with strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills, strong IT, able to use EMIS web with organisational skills, finance, and business development experience.

Your main responsibilities will be managing the day to day running of the practice, overlooking practices finances (but not payroll), helping improve patient care, ensuring the practice maintains their good CQC rating.

The practice is ideally looking for someone to work 30 hours a week over 5 days, but you will be able to set your own working hours. The salary is negotiable it starts at £30k, you'll benefit from 5 weeks of annual leave + bank holidays. I will ensure you will be given the best offer possible from the centre, handling any negotiations on your behalf.
