Background -

Exciting Practice Manager position in a forward-thinking GP training Practice. Help run a smooth operation for a local community of patients. Make a difference.

Your role will include working autonomously as well as closely with the Partners to make sure the surgery operates as smoothly as possible. The practice is due to undergo exciting future developments and the new role will receive excellent support for a wonderful PCN network. External and internal training will also be provided as you'll be joining a practice that is passionate to upskill staff. The practice is involved in the local PCN and this role provides an opportunity to have some management input there as well.

Primary Care and relevant management experience in areas such as HR and finance is essential. This is a very varied role and perfect for anyone who wants to work amongst a brilliant partnership and enjoys leading a team!

Salary - £42,900 - £48,750 per annum FTE + 5 weeks annual leave + BH + NHS pension
