Operations Manager - Mobile Radiography  

North East & Yorkshire  

£40,000 - £43,000 Per Annum depending on experience    

£4,200 car allowance plus mileage OR company car

Compass Associates are extremely proud to be working in partnership with one of Europe's leading independent providers of Imaging Services. They are currently seeking an Operations Manager to manage the delivery of mobile radiography services throughout the Northeast and Yorkshire.

The Role                          

This role will be responsible for the line management, development and growth of your designated team and the overall operational performance of the delivery of radiography services in your territory. Key elements of the role will be resource planning and the management and deployment of mobile units across the region, in addition to managing a large remote workforce and regular face to face meetings with external stakeholders (NHS Trusts) to ensure the effective service delivery at each site is maintained.                  

Minimum Requirements         

Strong people management skills with previous experience of managing a field based / remote team

Full UK driver's license

Must have previous experience within healthcare

Experience of developing customer relationships

Salary & Benefits                

This position is paying between £40,000 - £43,000 per annum dependant on experience as well as £4,200 car allowance OR company car. They also offer a range of other benefits including 33 days annual leave which increases with service, life assurance, private medical insurance and ongoing training and development
