Compass Associates are currently assisting in the search for Senior Physiotherapists to work in well-established private hospital in Swindon. This Private Hospital is part of a group that has previously won “Private Hospital Group of the Year” in LaingBuisson Awards. They offer a full range of medical, surgical and diagnostic services to patients. The hospital provides outpatient, diagnostics, surgery and medical care including oncology and endoscopy services.    

Our client currently has a requirement specialising in both Inpatient Orthopaedics and Outpatient MSK, therefore whichever you prefer there is a suitable role here for you!    

The Job                    

The successful candidate will need to be an experienced Physiotherapist with knowledge of current issues in professional practice with particular relevance to the Unit. The post holder will manage a clinical caseload, providing physiotherapy assessment and treatment for inpatients and outpatients to the highest standard, ensuring excellent patient care at all times. You will be providing surgical pre-operative assessment for all patients working closely with the multi-disciplinary team.      

Candidates from both NHS and Private Hospital backgrounds will all be considered.        

These permanent positions can be offered on full or part time basis, with flexibility around start and finish times.    

Requirements

- Degree level educated, or equivalent.    

- Experience of treating patients with MSK or Orthopaedic conditions    

- Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).    

- Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).    

- Excellent communication skills      

- Professional attitude    

- Knowledge of Quality Assurance tools    

- Strong organisational and planning skills, including risk management
