Are you a Radiographer with Management experience?

Compass Associates are working with a valued client and private surgical hospital based in Slough, we are looking for a HCPC registered Radiographer with managerial experience to head up the Imaging department within the specialist hospital. The unit boasts onsite MRI, CT, Mammography, Interventional Room and General Imaging.

Job Responsibilities:

- To provide clinical & business leadership and strategic direction to the Imaging Department.

- Developing and managing service delivery within the area of responsibility with a high degree of professionalism ensuring effective deployment, utilisation and control of all resources while providing a high quality, responsive, patient focused service.

- As a member of the Management Team contribute to the strategic, operational and business development of the hospital.  

Candidate Background:

- Current UK / HCPC Registered Radiographer  

- Management / team lead experience  

- Private Healthcare experience would be desirable but not essential

- Experience in MRI / CT is desirable but not essential          

- Knowledge around CQC and governance in line with modern guidelines          

Interview Process:

- Initial briefing phone call          

- Formal interview with Director of Nursing         

Location

This positions is based Windsor, and commutable from Surrey, Slough, Reading and Greater London.
