Complex Care Assistant

Care Bridge are looking for experienced Complex Care Assistants to support a paediatric client that has Ultra-short gut, Hickman line for TPN overnight and a MiKey Button. This client requires effective and consistent care so you must be able to commit to 3 shifts a week.

Shift pattern:

3 nights a week

9.30pm- 6am

What we look for in a Complex Care Assistant:

• Experience using Hickman Line and TPN overnight (Essential)
• Happy to commit to 3 nights a week for continuity of care
• Has a minimum of 1 year experience working with complex clients
• Have the ability to recognise deterioration in both psychological and physical health
• Understand how to promote safeguarding and implement safe working practices
• Be able to fit into a family setting
