Overview

Compass Associates are excited to be working with a leading private surgical hospital in Bolton, on the search for their next Senior General Radiographer to join the team.  

This private hospital is a recognised specialist in a range of disciplines. This includes orthopaedics, oncology, cardiology, general and ophthalmology. Their imaging services includes general radiography, fluoroscopy, MRI and CT.

The Role / Candidate

You will be a lead general radiographer within the imaging department. You will work alongside the clinical lead to ensure smooth running of the department.       

You will be an experienced radiography professional with experience in leading a team. You will be provided all the tools and support in management and leadership, to positively progress in your clinical career.

Although you will be expected to be able to work autonomously in this role, it is important that you have the ability to work well alongside others and fit into a team - due to the way that the department operates.         

Minimum Requirements  

-  DCR or BSc in Diagnostic Radiography     

-  HCPC Registration     

-  Experience managing a team     

-  Experience in RIS/PACS and IEP systems management     

-  Knowledge of IRMER legislation     

-  Experience using a broad range of imaging systems     

Salary & Benefits                           

There is a salary on offer of up to £40K pa, which is highly dependent upon skills and experience.
