Overview
Compass Associates are excited to be working with a leading private surgical hospital in Nottingham, on the search for their next MRI Radiographer to join the team. The imaging department has received a high amount of recent investment; boasting new scanners and a new screening room.
This private hospital is a recognised specialist in a range of disciplines. This includes orthopaedics, oncology, cardiology, general and ophthalmology. Their imaging services includes general radiography, fluoroscopy, cardiac catheter labs, ultrasound, MRI and CT.

The Role / Candidate
You will working as an MRI radiographer within the imaging department. You will work to ensure that all scans are completed to a high standard.
You will be an experienced radiography professional with experience in MRI. You will be provided all the tools and support from management, to positively progress in your clinical career.
The department work closely with local professional sports teams, offering a unique element to this role. Full cardiac MRI training can also be provided (if desired), giving you the opportunity to expand your skill set further.
Minimum Requirements
- DCR or BSc in Diagnostic Radiography
- HCPC Registration
- 2 years' post graduate experience
- Experience working in MRI
- Experience in RIS/PACS and IEP systems management
- Knowledge of IRMER legislation
- Experience using a broad range of imaging systems
Salary & Benefits
There is a salary on offer of up to £40K pa, which is highly dependent upon skills and experience.

Shift Pattern
The shift pattern for this position is flexible. Full time hours which may be split as you wish (3 days, 4 days, 5 days etc)
