Remit

Compass Associates are excited to be working with a leading Private Hospital in Swindon, who are on the hunt for a new Theatre Practitioner to join the team. This high- end hospital contains 50 beds and three theatres.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Endoscopy Practitioner and be registered with the NMC or HCPC. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Endoscopy Nurse to join a well-established team, where you will be able to use your extensive knowledge and experience to guide and support your team whilst actively being involved in the delivery of patient care.

You will be responsible for the logistical and procedural processes within the team, ensuring policy and governance is strictly adhered to whilst maintaining the smooth operation of the team. 

Requirements

- RGN or ODP Qualification                   

- NMC or HCPC Registration                   

- Extensive endoscopy experience within a Private or NHS Hospital

- Previous experience as a Senior Registered Practitioner        

- Passion for care excellence and patient pathways                   

- Knowledge of appropriate standards and external bodies including CQC and JAG          

- Previous experience working within a JAG accredited unit will be advantageous         

- Experience in clinical governance and audits           

- Problem solving and analytical skills                     

- Excellent communication skills

Location

This role is based in Swindon and is commutable from surrounding areas such as Bristol, Bath, Oxford and Gloucester.
