Qualifications and Training:
Essential criteria
- Degree-level qualification, or equivalent experience
- Supervisory or Management Qualification to post-graduate level or equivalent experience
Knowledge and Experience:
Essential criteria
- People Management - appraisals, managing poor performance, misconduct, organisational change and staff selection & recruitment
- Managing teams to meet deadlines, targets and changing priorities
- Experience of managing outpatients performance and access targets
- Experience of managing elective, non-elective and emergency patient pathways
- NHS Experience
- 2 years direct line management experience (a team of 6 or more) (
