• Supervisory or Management Qualification to post-graduate level or equivalent experience

Knowledge and Experience:
Essential criteria

• People Management - appraisals, managing poor performance, misconduct, organisational change and staff selection & recruitment
• Managing teams to meet deadlines, targets and changing priorities
• Experience of managing outpatients performance and access targets
• Experience of managing elective, non-elective and emergency patient pathways
• NHS Experience
• 2 years direct line management experience (a team of 6 or more) (
