We are delighted to be recruiting for a Physiotherapy Manager to join our operating physiotherapy department within a private hospital with an excellent reputation on the outskirts of Nottingham. The hospital has ample free parking directly outside the hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, experienced Physiotherapy Manager to join a leading, forward-thinking private hospital. Working within neurological disability and terminal illness specialisms ensuring on site and outpatient rehabilitation and treatment.

About the role:

You will be working as a Physiotherapy Manager and will be responsible for:

Delivering the highest quality of care to patients, achieving the highest quality clinical outcome.

Working within post-operative orthopaedic and general musculoskeletal caseloads, women's health patients, paediatrics, respiratory and vestibular rehabilitation.

Adequately treating complexed MSK conditions

Use your expertise and skills to achieve an excellent clinical outcome

Communicating effectively with highly skilled physiotherapist colleagues

Ability to make decisions and use your initiative within the outpatient department

A flexible and positive attitude

Who we're looking for;

Be HCPC and CPS registered - your pin must not have any restrictions or conditions

Eligibility to live and work in the UK

Previous experience in MSK Physiotherapy and post op rehabilitation

At least 3 years UK outpatient / orthopaedic experience

Previous management experience within a similar environment

Knowledge of government frameworks and following CQC

Excellent understanding of CSP Standards of Physiotherapy Practice and Rules of Professional Conduct- may be worth adding this in

Willingness to learn and grow in the role

Eligibility to live and work in the UK

AACP membership and post grad qualification in acupuncture would be desirable

Person Specification: All applicants for the role of Physiotherapy Manager must have a valid HCPC and CSP Registration with no restrictions and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. At least 4 years post-qualification experience and previous managerial experience is essential for this position.
