I am currently recruiting for my client's nursing Home based in Darwen , who are actively looking for experienced senior healthcare assistant's to join their team and lead from the front! The home is registered for a maximum of 76 bedded service users and provides care to those of old age and Dementia.

• £10.74
• full time hours days - 22 to 33 Hours a week
• Day shifts available
• Permanent contracts

Senior Care Assistant main duties:

• To provide the highest level of personal care and attention to residents, following individual care plans carefully and ensuring that all contact is polite, friendly, warm and supportive.
• The role of being a senior carer is an important role within working in the health & social care industry. You will lead, develop and co-ordinate a team of care workers to provide the highest standards of respect and care. Overall ensuring the dignity of the clients is maintained at all times.

Senior Care Assistant experience/ qualifications:

• NVQ level 3 qualifications in health and social care
• Medication trained
• Experience running a team of carers
