Job Description
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be expected to be a day to day manager offering support and day to day leadership across the two scanners to junior staff.
If you have a proven aptitude for MRI and would like the opportunity to expand your management skills this is the post for you. Successful applicants will form part of the MR scanning team as well as dealing with managerial and logistical aspects associated with running an efficient and patient centered service.
We have two new Siemens Sola 1.5 T scanner which were deployed in March and October 2021.
We can offer you exposure and experience of a wide range of skills development. We currently undertake a wide range of examinations, including vascular, gynaecological, GU, gastro, neurological and muscular skeletal. Training will be given for more complex or department specific scans.
MFT is committed to staff development and there is currently a CPD manager within MRI. You will be encouraged to attend management training to support your role.

- MR relevant course

- evidence of studying at MSc level
