Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an integral part of the team at Barchester, you'll deliver a professional, business-focused service to our Regulation and Quality Improvement Team. Your role will involve working closely with not only the regulation team but also with our colleagues in operations to support them to provide responses to regulators in a timely and efficient manner. With excellence front of mind, you'll provide support over the phone, via email, and through zoom meetings.
One of your key areas of focus will be to provide oversight, support and a signposting service to the Regulation and Quality Improvement team, managing the Duty Desk inbox, logging and allocating all regulatory correspondence to the relevant respondents, ensuring that deadlines are met, quality checking the responses prior to sign off and maintaining the Feedback database and log.
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for a Regulation Duty Desk Administrator with solid experience in a similar role. You'll be someone who enjoys tackling a varied workload and you'll be adept at both written and verbal communication. A great communicator, collaborator and problem solver, you're always committed to delivering the highest standards in everything you do. Proficient user of Microsoft, specifically, Word, Excel and Outlook with a good eye for detail. You must have the ability to multi-task and take responsibility for the role to meet the deadlines.
This is a home based role, with occasional travel into our regulatory office in Milton Keynes.
If you'd like to use your administration and people skills in an organisation that provides the quality care you'd expect for your loved ones, this is a rewarding place to be.
