Compass Associates are proud to be representing a leading private hospital in their search for an Imaging Manager to lead and develop their team in Kent. Our client is seeking an experienced radiographer who has recently held a management or leadership role.       

This hospital has an 'outstanding' CQC rating and consists of 3 theatres. They specialise in orthopaedic surgery and also cover general surgery, gynaecology, urology and others. This service has been running for a number of years and recently had a full refurbishment. It's located in a scenic area with plenty of parking.     

Reporting directly to the Matron, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the department. You must have experience dealing with budgets, CQC compliance and preparation for inspection, policies, processes and procedures, recruitment, managing a team of clinical staff whilst ensuring high quality patient care is provided all times.  

Requirements      

This is a full time position (37.5 hours a week), although shifts will usually be Monday- Friday, some flexibility is needed for the demands of the department. We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced radiographer with a passion for providing excellent standards of patient care.  

-Recent experience as an Imaging Manager

-Hospital Experience is desired  

-Fully registered with the HCPC

-Excellent Written and Verbal Skills        

-Experience Dealing with Complains - Desirable not Essential.                       

Location                              

This role is based in Kent and is commutable from Ashford, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Maidstone, Benenden, Rye, Hastings, Wadhurst and Canterbury.
