Background -

A fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist to join a highly regarded and stable, group of three GP practices. The practices in the PCN are all very close to one another and they are looking ideally for a full time Clinical Pharmacist but would consider as little as 30 hours per week. The practices are all very high performing, emphasising patient care and is looking to add an Clinical Pharmacist to their already varied PCN team. They are looking for either an Independent Prescriber or someone working towards this to oversee the medication reviews mainly and then see some acute, minor illness/injuries appointments. The surgeries are very supportive of any development opportunities and want to take on a passionate and enthusiastic Clinical Pharmacist who is keen to help make a difference in the local patient population.

Salary - £40,000 - £47,000 per annum DOE + NHS pension + 6 weeks annual leave + BH + Sick pay

Location - near Stafford

Your role -

• Clinical Pharmacist to manage the medication and see some acute, urgent minor illness/injury appointments.
• Mixture of telephone and some face-to-face appointments.
• Support fellow clinicians as and when required.
• No home visits.
• No expectation for extended hours.
