Clerical/Administration Manager, Hospital Services - Dublin

39 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Full time, permanent

Salary dependent on experience

The successful person will be responsible for the overall management of a busy hospital’s administration services. 

This position would suit a person with a background in hospital administration i.e., clerical officer 3 years + experience some of which in a leadership capacity, in the public and/or private healthcare sector.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ experience in hospital administration offices and/or as a clerical worker in the health service, some of which in a team lead/leadership function.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills
• Be organised and efficient in nature
• Be able to handle a busy workload, and prioritise and delegate accordingly
• Excellent PC skills
• Ability to build rapport amongst staff and be a natural leader
