Occupational Therapist Dublin

In partnership with the HSE, Cpl Healthcare are urgently recruiting for a Staff Grade Occupational Therapist in Specialised Rehabilitation with Severe and Enduring Mental Health.

The role of the Staff Grade Occupational Therapist is to deliver an Occupational Therapy service within the Specialised Rehabilitation Units. The Specialised Rehabilitation Unit is an Approved Centre based across two wards with a total capacity of 22 beds. The Staff Grade Occupational Therapist will work in partnership with the Senior Occupational Therapist to provide holistic treatment (assessment and interventions) to assist individuals with complex mental health needs to return to community living.

Required:

• Possess a Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy or an equivalent World Federation of Occupational Therapists (WFOT) recognised qualification.
• Be fully registered with CORU.
• Previous experience working in Mental Health Services essential.
• A comprehensive knowledge of Recovery principals in mental health.
• Previous group facilitation skills essential.
