Medical Records Administrator | Tunbridge Wells | Full time | £17800 /pa plus excellent benefits | Full Time | 37.5h/pw

Spire Tunbridge Wells Hospital have an opportunity for a Medical Records Administrator to join our team, on a full time basis. You will be part of a team that prides itself on providing exemplary service to our Patients, Visitors and Colleagues at all times. This is a great opportunity to begin your Healthcare Career.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Spire Tunbridge Wells is a 40 bedded acute hospital situated in rural Kent, located within five miles of Royal Tunbridge Wells and on the boundaries of West Sussex. The hospital offers a range of services and facilities including two operating theatres, a sterile services department, a dedicated endoscopy suite, and a diagnostic and imaging department with an MRI and CT scanner. There are outpatient and physiotherapy departments providing services six days a week
  • Variety of tasks - taking and collecting notes and gathering patient files and data for clinics
  • You will liaise with colleagues to support the logistics of gathering and providing paper files
  • On occasion you may support with Ward Administration also
  • Remain compliant with GDPR and support the facilitation of SAR requests

Who we're looking for:
  • A personable individual with the ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Excellent PC skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • High degree of accuracy in administration
  • Great communication skills at all levels
