Care & Clinical Training Partner | Luxury Care Home Provider

Salary: Cc£22,000 + 15% Bonus + £5k car allowance

Location: Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire

Qualification: Registered General Nurse - Clinical experience essential    

Hours: 16 hours, Part time (open to negotiation)

Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with the UK leading premium care home provider to recruit for a brand new role within the business, a Care and Clinical Training Partner working in the HQ in Beaconsfield.

     

In your new role as the new Care and Clinical training Partner, you'll work closely with our care, training and operations teams to upskill Care Managers within clinical roles across all homes. You'll identify, detail and propose solutions to training requirements, making it clear to our business where and how to access the correct clinical training. You'll research the latest care and clinical training, and coordinate timings and initiatives for specific teams.

 

You'll create a robust induction process for all new care members that is reinforced by a constant programme of upskilling sessions and supplementary training that ensures everyone is up to date and engaged with the best care training. You'll work closely with the Head of Training to create and implement mandatory and development e-learning and face-to-face modules. You'll also get involved with highly specialised training, including Nurse Associate degree apprenticeship programmes.     

 

About you    

Leaning on your degree in nursing and your extensive experience of training others within social healthcare, you'll develop your care and clinical training. You'll understand approaches to training solutions and the correct way to deliver them, including maximising engagement and ensuring compliance.

 

You'll be a registered adult nurse (with an up-to-date pin) and associated CIPD training qualifications are highly desirable but not essential. Any further coaching and mentoring qualifications or relevant equivalent experience is also useful.

 

On top of this, you'll be a comfortable multi-tasker who can work on training projects and delivery simultaneously, identifying training gaps and solving them as you go.

Experience within nursing homes

Delivering and developing training solutions

Coaching and mentoring

Literate in computer technology

Attention to detail

Self-motivated, enthusiastic and passionate

 

Location  

This is a remote role but based from the support office in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire. It is essential that you are a car driver and have your own transport. You'll be covering homes from London, Surrey, Hertfordshire and Berkshire.

 

Interview Process

The interview process will be in a two stage format

Stage One - Telephone interview with the recruitment partner.

Stage Two - Formal face to face interview with the Quality & Governance Director.

   

Summary

This award winning luxury care home is looking and an experienced ambitious nurse who is looking to join a luxury care provider in this brand new role as the Care and Clinical Training Partner. You'll ensure that all staff working within our care teams across the business are appropriately trained, skilled and developed to meet the professional requirements of their role. Lead all clinical training initiatives, deliver the training within our homes and support with strategic projects. We are open to negotiation with hours but starting with 16 hours p/w, offering a salary of £22,000 - £25,000 with a £5,000 car allowance and 15% bonus.
