Job Description

We are seeking a full time Recruitment Administrator to join our small office team based in Spaldwick, six miles west of Huntingdon.
This role has the potential to progress to a Recruitment Consultant position with appropriate training and experience.
Jarrodean is a small family-owned healthcare staffing consultancy, offering a personalised national and international recruitment service to Nurses and Allied Health Professionals seeking permanent employment in the UK. We do not supply temporary or locum agency staff.
Spaldwick is a village location, as such your own transport would be essential for this role.

Our client base includes NHS, Independent Sectors and British Territory hospitals and other healthcare employers.
Candidates are sourced both from the UK and internationally, as such any previous international experience would be desirable.

Purpose of the role:

- To provide an outstanding level of customer service and administration support to both candidates and clients throughout their respective recruitment processes.
- Taking ownership for the candidate base shortlisted for interview - through to pre-employment compliance and into post.

Key duties associated with the role will include
:
- Pre and post interview candidate support.
- Dealing with all aspects of the candidates recruitment journey including problem-solving/troubleshooting
- Ensuring the candidate management system remains up to date.
- Managing offered candidates pre-employment compliance in line with each employing client's requirements and ensuring optimal start dates.

Person requirements :
- A high level of written and spoken English including telephone/video manner.
- Proven success in overcoming obstacles and achieving targets.
- Ability to build good working relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues
- A committed and flexible approach to meeting the needs of a small, busy yet informal working environment.
- Excellent organisational and customer service skills with ability to prioritise time and workload.
- A reasonable level of IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

The successful candidate must:
- Have an interest in healthcare and recruitment with an ambition to progress.
- Have the ability to work within a confidential environment.
- Be proactive while being able to effectively manage their workload and adapt to a sometimes rapidly-changing environment.
- Work well individually and within a team.
