Hours and Shift Patterns: This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week over Monday – Saturday. Various shift patterns including early, mid and lates. Part-time hours may be considered for the right individual.

Whether your background is in Scrub, Anaesthetics, Recovery we want to hear from you!

Many of the Theatre Practitioners that we work with aspire to work in an environment where they feel valued. This leading private hospital addresses this desire – their theatre teams benefit from continued training and development, their nurse-to-patient ratio creates a real opportunity to care for patients and they constantly seek feedback from employees on how to improve their service.

Perhaps you want to work with a senior management team who are committed to investing in both their people and their hospital. Maybe you would benefit from being mentored by industries in the field and developing your leadership skills.

3 great things about this healthcare provider:

• A premium private healthcare provider with access to the best technology and treatments. Their consultants are industry leaders, and their hospitals consistently rank as some of the best in the UK.

• Committed to developing their team, you can expect access to specialist clinical qualifications, clinical study days and leadership courses.

• Join a passionate and hardworking team – this is a positive working environment; new ideas are encouraged, and achievements are recognised through regular staff awards and team social events.

One of their Theatre Practitioners stated, ‘I became a Theatre Practitioner because I wanted to help people. Working with this organisation I have the time and space to do what I’m passionate about and I’m supported in developing my skills’.

What you will do as a Theatre Practitioner (RGN/ODP):

• You will provide an effective and efficient service whilst ensuring optimum patient care. The post requires good communication skills and a desire to achieve the best outcome.

• As an integral part of the team you’ll play an essential role in the day-to-day running of the department, making decisions relating to patient care and assisting senior practitioners, consultants and surgeons.

• You must be NMC or HCPC registered with proven experience within Scrub, Anaesthetics and/or Recovery.
