Bank Administrator/Receptionist| Full Training Provided | Competitive Salary | Flexible working

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated and customer focussed individual to join our Temporary Staffing Bank as an Administrator/Receptionist. This role will support our Admin and Reception Paramedical Services teams located in our Manchester Hospital.

Spire Manchester Hospital is a brand new, £65m state-of-the-art healthcare facility offering patients a wide range of integrated surgical, medical and diagnostic services. The rapidly expanding team in Manchester consists of over 500 colleagues, who thrive in the welcoming atmosphere that is friendly, supportive and prog r essive.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • To be multi skilled in the use of in-house computer applications providing flexibility within the role and possess the ability to investigate and resolve customer enquiries.
  • To deal with enquiries from patients, staff and visitors in a courteous, timely and efficient manner. This may be by face to face or telephone.
  • To accurately maintain the departmental filing systems and carry out routine photocopying of required documentation.
  • To practice and maintain a high standard of confidentiality at all times and exercise absolute discretion in the use of all patient/consultant and staff information.
  • Be welcoming, patient focussed and deliver a high standard of customer service

Who we're looking for
  • Someone who is highly organised, accurate and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Experience working in a similar environment would be beneficial but by no means necessary as full training will be provided
  • Must be a good communicator, a team player and have good computer literacy
  • Experience in customer service, reception and/or administration is highly desired
